Terms and Conditions of Attendance


  1. Restricted Entry: Admission is strictly limited to serving Police and Defence personnel. Valid service identification must be presented at the registration desk for entry.
  2. Audio and Video Recording Prohibited: Audio recording, video recording, and filming of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the venue for the entire duration of the conference.
  3. Photography Permitted: Still photography is permitted, subject to the discretion of the organizers and venue security.
  4. Confidentiality: Given the sensitive nature of the subject matter, attendees are expected to exercise discretion regarding the content discussed and not share proceedings outside authorized channels.
  5. Registration: Prior registration is mandatory. Entry may be denied to individuals who have not completed registration.
  6. No Attendance Fee: This conference is being organized free of charge for all eligible Police and Defence personnel. No registration fee, entry fee, or any other charge is levied on attendees for participating in the training/conference. Attendees should be wary of any communication asking for payment in connection with this event, as it is not authorized by the organizers.
  7. Complimentary Refreshments: Tea and snacks will be served during the morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch will be provided around midday, all complimentary for registered attendees. No separate payment is required for any refreshments served within the venue during the event hours.
  8. Changes to Schedule: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or venue arrangements if necessary, with prior notice where possible.
  9. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices: Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during sessions. Use of laptops, tablets, or other recording-capable devices for audio/video capture is not permitted.
  10. Punctuality and Entry Timing: Attendees are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time. Entry may be restricted once a session is in progress, to avoid disruption.
  11. Use of Photographs: Photographs taken during the event may be used by the organizers for official event documentation and reporting purposes only.
  12. Media and Press: Members of the media and press are not permitted, in keeping with the restricted and sensitive nature of this conference.
  13. Non-Transferable Registration: Registration and entry passes are non-transferable and valid only for the individual named at the time of registration.
  14. Data Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event coordination and verification purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  15. Government ID Mandatory: All attendees must carry a valid government-issued ID card at all times during the event and produce it upon request for verification at entry and within the venue.
  16. Account Registration: To access and use the Services, you must register for the event. To complete your account registration, you must provide your full official name, agency name (e.g., IAF / NIA / Karnataka Police, etc.), agency address, phone number, a valid official email address, and any other information indicated as required. We may reject your application for an account, or cancel an existing account, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
